調理方式🧑‍🍳：

1.氣炸鍋：薯餅放入鍋內，抹或噴上少許油，以180度/8-10分鐘，翻動一次再炸2分鐘。

2.油炸：燒熱油至大約175度後，將薯餅放入鑊中，以中火去炸，炸約3~4分鐘至兩面金黃色即可。

3.烤焗：將焗爐預熱至225度C，烤焗20-25分鐘，當中翻動一次。
